THE ROLE
Location: Rome
Schedule Type: Full Time
Function: Trade Marketing
The role will work in Trade Department and it will be focused in planning, development and follow up of the trade marketing initiatives, in cooperation also with brand/consumer marketing and sales departments.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support the Trade Operations Supervisor in the development, implementation and follow up of Trade initiatives and Sales Cycle activities, such as:
- Set up of Availability Targets
- Customer engagement initiatives (Trade Loyalty programs, Trade Agreements, Trade Events)
- Implementation and maintenance of POSM and POS furniture;
- Preparation of sales force briefing
- KPI Monitoring and ROI analysis of Trade Initiatives
- Manage the assigned A&P Trade Budget, monitor its spending vs plan, provide alerts and suggest corrective actions when needed
- Monitor the performance of Trade initiatives vs KPI and ROI, provide analysis and suggest corrective actions when needed
- “On field” monitoring of trade initiatives to check “on field execution” and to collect feedbacks from retailers and/or to collect proposals for new initiatives
- Identify consistently new ideas/developments for POSM, Customer and Shopper engagement Activities
- Manage the relationship with external agencies and with internal stakeholders (Trade, Sales, Brand/Consumer Marketing Teams)

Requirements:
- University Degree preferably economics, statistics and engineering
- 2+ years’ experience as market/Trade sales analyst
- Good analytical skills, data management and segmentation methods
- Rational thinking and commercial approach
- Accountable, collaborative, strategic, focused and responsive
- Advanced PC user (Excel, MS Office, Power Point)
- Fluent English (both spoken and written)
